Please login to your customer account via our Customer Service Centre first, open the Maintenance page and then proceed with the renewing maintenance in that page.

You can check the due date of your maintenance at any time by logging in your customer account from our Customer Service Center. You can see the expiry date of each license in the Maintenance page and you can also renew the maintenance there.

You will receive a reminder through Email two months prior to the expiration of maintenance. If we don't hear from you, you will be reminded again until your maintenance expires.

Please login to your customer account and download the latest version of software from the Download page.

As long as you are owning a perpetual license, you can continue to use the purchased Visual Paradigm indefinitely. However, without the coverage of software maintenance, you won't be able to enjoy the benefits listed above, including the access of all new versions, first-class customer services, etc.

Please login to your customer account from our Customer Service Center. In the Maintenance page, you can select the license(s) to renew or reinstate their maintenance contracts, the total cost that appear at the bottom of that page will be updated based on your selection.

Please contact us and we will prepare a quote for you. If you are our customer, please provide us with your customer ID, so that we can locate your purchase records more easily.
