Be guided by an actionable TOGAF process map in enterprise architecture development.
Guided by actionable TOGAF process map in enterprise architecture development. Our TOGAF ADM tool features a process map with a TOGAF ADM process template. It contains all the actionable work items your team needs to collaboratively design, plan, develop, and manage your enterprise using TOGAF ADM. Enterprise architects follow the steps and instructions defined in each work item to complete the development of the architecture. Deliverables are automatically generated and archived in the Architecture Repository, a visual file cabinet.
Add and remove process phases from the map to reflect your enterprise architecture development needs. Rearrange, add, and remove actionable work items to reflect the activities to be performed. Configure your own EA process maps to address your specific business problems and situations.
The work items serve two main purposes: Data collection and problem analysis.
Statements of Architecture Work, Architecture Principles, and Architecture Change Requests are examples of work items that collect information. This type of work item requires process workers to follow a clear set of steps and instructions to provide the required information. The figure below shows the editing interface for such work items. It is straightforward, intuitive, and does not require learning to master.
Analysis activities (e.g. TOGAF maturity analysis) are performed within a work item, and the information is automatically combined and summarized in tabular form, ready for further rationalization and documentation.
The information provided under Work Items will be consolidated and summarized into well-formed, customizable TOGAF deliverables. You can easily access automatically generated copies under the architecture repository, a visual filing cabinet, or generate one on-demand.

As process workers complete work items on the ADM process maps, the input information is consolidated and summarized into TOGAF deliverables that are automatically generated and archived in the Architecture Repository, a visual filing cabinet. In addition to the archiving of deliverables, the Architecture Repository provides a variety of cabinets and drawers for you to store your architectural assets and artifacts.
You can easily find hundreds of references in the Enterprise Architecture and TOGAF topics, but it will take you hours of effort to search for relevant information to take a step forward Visual Paradigm provides you with inline, step-by-step guidance instructions and samples of each step.
One size really doesn't fit all, which is why process customization is important. Just-in-Time Process Map has a full set of common work items to capture and store diagrams and text throughout the customization process. Simply drag and drop the work items you need from the gallery into the process map. Process workers can then perform the required actions during the process execution.
Assign task for each of the work items in the Just-in-Time process map to Tasifier, the task management platform anytime and work collaboratively with your EA team.
